The new pulseplating technology allows us to apply multi-layered chrome layers. This new procedure enables us to offer customized layer combinations, adapted your specific requirements: Crack-free combinations for a high degree of corrosion resistance and hard chrome coatings for wear protection. In addition, we now have greater chromium baths. The new baths allow us to process new dimensions in chromium plating: 850 millimeters in diameter and 4800mm in length at up to 5 tons piece weight! Furthermore, we now offer chrome plating of embossing rollers - by embossing up to 1,5mm depth (current maximum on the market)

Since the restructuring of our modern company, we have become a pioneer in the field of cooling and heating rollers. We offer a variety of possible constructions in the area of cooling and heating rollers with liquid or electrical heating.
